Ordering
Which sizes are available?
You can choose from three sizes: Standard (85 × 200 cm), Wide (100 × 200 cm), XL (120 × 200 cm). Every size comes with the roll-up stand and a carry bag, so your banner is ready to use straight away.
Can I order more than one banner?
Yes. You choose the quantity while you order. If you want to combine different sizes or different designs, place them as separate orders, so it stays clear which design goes with which size.
What happens after I place my order?
You receive a confirmation with your order number straight away. If you supply your own artwork, your order goes into production once we've checked the file. If you'd like us to design it, we get to work and send you a digital draft to approve first. Your banner only goes into production once you've approved it.
Design & files
How quickly will I get a design if I have one made?
You'll usually have a first draft in your inbox within 24 hours on a working day. If you order at the weekend or on a Dutch public holiday, we start on the next working day. After that, you set the pace: your banner only goes into production once you've approved the design, and you have 2 rounds of revisions to have things changed.
How do I send you my artwork?
You upload your file while you order, in the same step where you tell us you have your own design. So there's no need to email anything separately.
Which file types can I use?
A PDF, PNG or JPG all work. A PDF at full size gives the best result, but a sharp image is fine too. Not sure whether your file is suitable? No problem: we look at every file ourselves before anything is printed, and it costs you nothing. If something isn't right, we'll get in touch before your banner goes into production.
What does the free file check involve?
Once you've paid, one of us opens your file and checks that it's genuinely print-ready: is it sharp enough at full size, are the colours in CMYK, and will your logo or text stay clear of the cassette and the top rail? Only when that's all right does your banner go to print. Many printers charge extra for this; with us it's always included.
Can you design my banner for me?
Yes. Choose the design service when you order. Tell us briefly what should go on the banner and we'll create the design, tailored to the size you've chosen.
How much does the design service cost?
The design service costs €70 excl. VAT (€84.70 incl. VAT), on top of the price of your banner. That includes 2 rounds of revisions.
How many revisions do I get?
You get 2 rounds of revisions. You receive a digital draft and can send us your changes. Your banner only goes into production once you approve it. If you need another change after that, an extra round of revisions costs €25 excl. VAT.
Delivery
How quickly will my banner arrive?
With Standard, your banner arrives in the Netherlands 2 working days after production starts; with Express, 1 working day. Delivery to Belgium and Luxembourg takes the same time; to other countries, allow up to two extra working days. When you order, you see the expected delivery date for each option, with weekends and public holidays already taken into account. Working to a fixed deadline? How is the banner delivered?
Your banner is shipped straight to the delivery address you give us, packed with its carry bag. It's sent under your own name, with no advertising from the printer.
Do you print the banners yourselves?
No. We take your order, check your file and create the design if you'd like us to; the printing is done by a specialist print company we work with. Your banner goes straight from there to your address, packed under your own name. That keeps the price down and the quality up: we don't have our own printing press to pay off.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is included in the price. To Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland and Sweden we charge €15 excl. VAT per order, however many banners you order. We currently don't deliver to other countries. You choose the country with the delivery address when you order.
Payment & changes
How can I pay?
You pay securely through Mollie, by iDEAL, credit card or Bancontact. Your order only goes into production once the payment has been confirmed.
Can I change my order?
As long as your banner hasn't gone into production yet, we can often still change something. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Because every banner is made to order, an order that's already in production can no longer be changed or cancelled.
