How much does a roll-up banner cost?
Our roll-up banners start at €89 excluding VAT, or €107.69 including VAT. That covers the complete stand, a carry bag and delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Below you'll find exactly how the price is made up, so you can work out what your banner will cost.

The base price depends only on the size. All of them are two metres tall.

Two options can increase the price, and shipping depends on where you are. Both options are optional — if you choose neither, you pay the base price above.
The finish
There's one version: the Basic stand with frontlit PVC, the same for every size. It's included in the price above — you don't pay extra for the stand or the banner material. See the specifications.
Faster delivery
Express costs €40 for the first banner and €12 for each additional banner — that mirrors how our printer charges for express. For three banners, the surcharge is €64. These amounts are excluding VAT; including VAT that's €48.40, €14.52 and €77.44.
Having the design made
No print-ready file? We'll create the design for €70 excl. VAT (€84.70 incl. VAT). That includes 2 rounds of revisions, and nothing is printed until you've approved it. Each extra round of revisions costs €25 excl. VAT (€30.25 incl. VAT). If you supply your own artwork, there's no charge — and that includes the file check. About the design service.
Shipping
Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is free. To Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland and Sweden, shipping costs €15 excl. VAT (€18.15 incl. VAT) per order. One order is one shipment, however many banners are in it.

About VAT
We're a Dutch company, and printed banners carry the standard Dutch VAT rate of 21%. We charge it on every order, including deliveries outside the Netherlands. We show both amounts everywhere, because businesses work with the price excluding VAT and consumers with the price including it.
Your invoice shows the VAT as a separate amount. Businesses in the Netherlands can usually reclaim it; if you're based elsewhere, your accountant can tell you whether and how you can reclaim Dutch VAT.
Why roll-up banner prices vary so much
Search online for roll-up banners and you'll see prices from around thirty euros to well over two hundred for what looks like the same product. The difference is hardly ever in the printing. It comes down to three other things.
The stand. A lightweight base with thin feet is cheaper to make than a weighted one. At very low prices you usually get the lightest system there is, which is fine for a few times a year but not for setting up and taking down every week.
What is and isn't included. Shipping, a carry bag and a check of your file are often charged separately. When you compare, always look at the final total, not the “from” price.
Whether a person looks at your file. The very cheapest suppliers print whatever you send, even if the resolution is too low or it's set up wrong. Then a cheap banner is still money down the drain.
With us, the stand, the carry bag, delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and the file check are all included in the price. Nothing is added at checkout except the options you choose yourself and, outside those countries, shipping.
