Roll-up banners for every occasion
A roll-up banner, also called a pull-up banner, is a printed graphic that rolls up into a cassette and pulls up in one movement. At Bannerkoning it costs from €89 excl. VAT, in three sizes, all two metres tall, with the stand and carry bag included. Upload your own artwork or let us design it.

Three sizes, one fixed price each
Every size comes with the stand and carry bag. Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is included; to other countries we deliver to, it's €15 excl. VAT per order.

How big is that in real life?
How a roll-up banner works
A roll-up banner has two parts: a printed graphic and a cassette it rolls up into. Inside the cassette is a spring mechanism, much like a roller blind. You pull the graphic up and clip it to a pole, which you slot together from separate sections and hook in behind the cassette.
That means setting up takes seconds and you don't need any tools. When you're done, you unhook the pole and let the graphic roll back down in a controlled way. It disappears completely into the cassette, which protects it from creases, dust and light.
That storage mechanism is exactly what sets a roll-up apart from a tension fabric display or a rigid board: it's made to be taken along and put up again and again, not to stay in one place permanently.
Which size is right for you?
All three are two metres tall. The difference is the width, and so how much you can fit on it.
Standard — 85 × 200 cm
Usually the sensible choice. It fits almost anywhere, even in a narrow shop aisle or next to a reception desk. If you're not sure, this is the one.
Wide — 100 × 200 cm
Fifteen centimetres of extra width doesn't sound like much, but it gives a photo or a longer headline noticeably more room to breathe. Handy when your design includes a landscape image.
XL — 120 × 200 cm
Made to stand out among other exhibitors. On a trade show floor or in a large hall, the widest banner wins; in a small room it works against you.
One system, carefully chosen
We sell one cassette with one graphic material. No menu of options where you have to guess which difference matters: this is the combination we know from experience works well.
Anodised aluminium
The cassette is protected against corrosion and stands on two swivel-out feet, with a sturdy top rail that holds the graphic across its full width.
Frontlit PVC, 510 g/m²
Sturdy banner material, printed on one side in full colour with UV inks. B1 fire-retardant and water-repellent.
Carry bag included
A padded bag with a lining and a zip, so the banner stays in good shape between uses.
One finish, carefully chosen
We sell one system: the Basic cassette with frontlit PVC. No menu of options where you have to guess which difference matters. This is the combination we know from experience works well, and it's the same for every size.
The cassette
Anodised aluminium, so it's protected against corrosion. Two swivel-out feet and a sturdy top rail that holds the graphic across its full width. Suitable for spotlights, and it comes with a padded carry bag with a zip.
The graphic
510 g/m² frontlit PVC, printed on one side in full colour with UV inks. B1 fire-retardant, water-repellent, and with normal use it lasts around three years.
Indoors or outdoors
The graphic can handle a shower, but the banner stands on a free-standing base and catches the wind like a sail. Outdoors, only on a still day and with someone keeping an eye on it.
All three sizes come in the same finish, including the stand and carry bag. Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is included; to Germany, France, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Finland and Sweden we charge €15 excl. VAT per order.
What you get
No extra parts to order: your banner arrives complete and ready to use.
Delivery
When you order, you choose how quickly your banner should be produced.
These times apply within the Netherlands; to other countries, allow up to 2 extra working days. When you order, you see the expected delivery date for your country, with weekends and public holidays already taken into account. Working to a fixed deadline? Get in touch before you order and we'll work out together what's possible.
I'll supply my own artwork
Upload your PDF, PNG or JPG while you order. We check every file ourselves for sharpness, colour and whether your design stays clear of the cassette, and we get in touch if anything needs changing. That check is free.
Let us design it
Tell us briefly what should go on the banner and we'll create the design. Includes 2 rounds of revisions, and your approval before production.
Setting up, packing away and taking it with you
Setting up
Stand the cassette down, slot the pole together, pull the graphic up and clip it on. Under a minute, no tools needed.
Packing away
Let the graphic roll back down slowly rather than letting it snap back. That prevents creases along the top edge, the most common damage to a roll-up.
Transport
The carry bag is included. A two-metre banner fits lying down in almost any car and travels fine on the train.
Indoor use
A roll-up stands on a free-standing base and the graphic catches the wind like a sail. Outside it will blow over, even on a calm day. For outdoor use you need a different type of banner.
Sunlight
Direct sunlight fades any print over time. A banner in a shop window won't last as long as one inside a hall.
Where will you put it?
The same banner calls for different choices on a trade show floor than in a shop.
Trade shows
Stand out among the exhibitors, then take it home on the train afterwards.
Shops
At the entrance, by the till or in the window, with one promotion at a time.
Events
Open days, conferences and clubs: signage that looks the part as well.
Shop openings
Announce it in the weeks before, welcome people on the day, and keep using it afterwards.
